Looking down across the pasture (a popular deer crossing) you see the old nature Pond, the Big Lake and French Broad River meandering for a mile around the property.

If you happen to be here for a full moon you are in for a special treat. This is even more spectacular than even the sunrises or sunsets. Seeing the valley, lakes, river and mountains bathed in brilliant moonlight is a wonderful sight. You might hear the coyotes, a fox, the owls and frogs. the small, spring-fed waterfall at your front door makes sleeping a pleasure. This is Nature at its finest.
