It has a one bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, central heat and air, a gas log fireplace in the sitting room, a large great room, large covered deck (looking down the French Broad River), and a carport. A historical and massive, 300 year-old white oak tree, the Forsythe Oak, sits just steps from your deck. Great for weekends or longer stays.
